DOMESTIC ELECTRICAL INSTALLATION CONDITION REPORTS

We carry out Domestic Electrical Installation condition reports to residential properties.

These reports are sometimes referred to as a periodic inspection report and are now a legal requirement for properties in the rental sector. They are required to be carried out every 5 years or a change of tenancy/ occupancy on all rental properties. It is also recommendation that they are carried out every 10 years to other residential properties. We can also provide this service to clients prior to the purchasing of property.

To ensure an electrical installation is safe for continued use, we carry out a detailed visual inspection of the fixed electrical installation and testing of each circuit. The cost for a Domestic Electrical Installation Condition Report is dependant on the size of the property and the number of circuits present. Prices start from £140.00 +VAT.
